Board care
A little care goes a long way.
A few simple habits will keep your board looking great for decades.
Oil regularly
For oil-finished cutting boards, apply food-safe mineral oil or board cream when the wood looks dry.
Hand wash only
Never use the dishwasher. Wash with warm soapy water and dry standing upright immediately.
Store flat & dry
Keep away from direct sunlight and extended moisture to prevent warping over time.
Refresh with care
Ask Jimbo before sanding an engraved, sealed, or decorative piece so its design and finish stay intact.
These tips are for wooden cutting and serving boards. Resin pieces, tribute plaques, and decorative finishes may need different care. Ask Jimbo about your piece.
